Can I have Rac tubes replaced where I purchased them elsewhere?

Solution

When you lost items bought somewhere else, you should get in touch with the business you bought them from. As it will cost us to much to verify payments, search for the corresponding files, preparing the download which will cost bandwidth etc. etc.

As you might understand, this would cost allot of time and money. Instead of this, we'd suggest you to buy a USB Drive or external hard drive so your able to make a back-up in time to minimize the risk of loosing files.
