Apparently there's the misconception that the only way to pay for a store purchase is by having a PayPal Account. I can tell you from experience that is NOT the case. I've used gift cards others have given me, paid for a purchase and NEVER logged into PayPal. If you're going to use a a gift card, just check that your gift card does allow for online transactions and you're all set. Depending on the gift card provider, you may have to register your card so it's accepted online. I did some searching on how to show you this. I had posted a link but links can go away on the Internet. So I'm posting what you'd see instead. You can use a credit card, debit card or prepaid gift card. I've done it at Ismael's and other stores without any issues. I do hope this clears up any issues-thanks for reading :) Another option for you folks if you have a Citibank credit card. Depending on the card you have, you may have the option to generate a virtual account number. What happens is it's a randomly generated account tied to your normal account. You pay using the virtual account number and the vendor NEVER sees your actual account number. It can be used once with a limit set or a limit/and or over a certain time frame. I've heard Discover users have this option, but don't know if it's like Citibank.
